EVENTPIX PAY BY EVENT PLAN

Photographers on the PAY BY EVENT plan are charged only when completing an event upload for web viewing. Charges are based on the number of images uploaded to our servers. Uploaded events are online for up to 60 days. Events may be extended beyond 60 days - see the table below for applicable fees. You are responsible for billing your own clients and fulfillment of their lab orders. We do encourage you to use one of our partner labs for fulfillment, as you can use our EPX Express event management software to send those orders to your lab.
NOTE: You must use EPX Express 5.5 or later to receive this pricing.

EVENTPIX MONTHLY PLAN

Photographers on the MONTHLY plan pay a fixed charge each month. There is no limit to the number of events and images that may be uploaded per month, however each event is limited to 1500 images.

ORDER FULFILLMENT by EVENTPIX

If you choose, we can send your client's order directly to our Eventpix partner lab for fulfillment. You can choose to have our Eventpix partner lab fulfill your orders by event. The lab will ship all orders directly to you or your client, and this option is also by event. All lab orders fulfilled by our Eventpix partner lab on your behalf are tracked from the time we receive the order until delivery is completed to your client. On the 15th and 30th of each month, we will deposit your recent client payments, minus any lab charges, shipping and commission fees, directly into your bank account. Sales tax that we collect on your behalf will be deposited into your bank account. You are responsible for payments of all sales tax collected. You can view your accounting page at any time which will show a detailed breakdown of all charges and payments.

Eventpix charges a commission on orders that we fulfill using our partner lab. If the order is delivered to you, we charge 10% of the guest order. If the order is shipped to the guest, we charge 12% of the guest order.

We guarantee your customer's satisfaction. If the prints received from our partner lab do not meet your customer's expectations, we will replace the prints or promptly refund the order payment.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION POLICY

The Eventpix membership term is for one year and is renewed automatically each year. We collect a membership fee at the start of each year's term.

If you do not wish to renew your membership when the current term is up, simply drop us a request to let us know, and we will close your account when the current term expires. If the cancellation request is made within 7 days after the the new term starts, we will refund your membership renewal fee and close your account immediately.

If you are a new member, you have 7 days to cancel your membership and receive a refund of your membership fee. The membership fee is not refundable if you have received any client orders during the first 7 days of your membership. Click here to let us know you want to cancel your new membership.
