EVENTPIX.COM ProPoints Award Program

Eventpix.com is pleased to announce ProPoints, our award program. Eventpix members can accumulate points redeemable for valuable services. Points are awarded when a photographer places print orders using the EPX Express Software to one of our partner labs. Members can also earn points by referring other photographers and photo processing labs to Eventpix.

EPX ProPoints for Lab Orders

You earn ProPoints when you place an order with one of our partner labs. You MUST use the EPX Express Software to submit orders to your lab in order to earn points. You will not earn ProPoints for any orders submitted to your lab via drop off, delivery of a CD or memory card, uploading via FTP, or prints from negatives.

You are awarded one (1) ProPoint for each product ordered from your lab via the EPX Express Software. A product is considered to be a print, whether on paper or other any other surface, including novelty items. If you order multiple prints, regardless of size, from the same image, you will receive one (1) point per print, as long as they are delivered on separate sheets of paper. Wallet photos earn points by the sheet.

EPX ProPoints for Referrals

You can also earn ProPoints by referring new members to Eventpix. For each photographer who signs up with Eventpix that was referred by you, and uploads an event, you will receive 300 ProPoints. For each photo processing lab that you refer who partners with Eventpix, you will receive 1000 ProPoints. If you refer a lab, you must fill out the lab referral form found on Eventpix.com. A photographer that you refer to Eventpix should enter your name into the "Referred by" field on the photographer signup form. If the referred photographer does not enter your name in the " Referred by" field, that photographer must notify Eventpix, by email at support@eventpix.com, within 10 days of joining in order for you to receive the referral points.

Referral ProPoints are awarded only after the referred photographer or lab completes the membership initiation process and remits the proper membership fee or partnership deposit. Newly referred photographers must remain a member of Eventpix for at least 10 days otherwise the referral points will be revoked. In the event a lab is referred by more than one person or studio, the person or studio that contacted Eventpix at the earliest date and time will receive the referral award. There is a lab referral form on the Eventpix web site for this purpose. Lab referral awards may be split equally among multiple photographers or studios if all parties agree to the split.

Redemption of ProPoints

ProPoints can be redeemed for free uploads to Eventpix.com based on the number of ProPoints you have accumulated. You must earn sufficient points in order to redeem them for an event. Partial redemptions are not allowed, meaning you cannot combine ProPoints and money to pay for an event upload. You cannot add or replace images in an event that is earned by point redemption if the total number of uploaded images exceeds the tier level image count.

Earn enough ProPoints and you can register for the 2009 WPPI Convention and Trade Show at no charge! Points cannot be redeemed for WPPI Convention special programs, classes and hotel rooms. They are good only towards the registration fee. You must be a WPPI member in order to redeem points for the 2009 Convention registration. Partial redemptions are not allowed.

Other Information

Eventpix reserves the right to make the final decision on how ProPoints are awarded and redeemed.

ProPoints cannot be shared, transferred, assigned or sold to other photographers or studios. ProPoints have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

Eventpix.com reserves the right to change the terms of the ProPoint Program, including termination of the program, without notice.
